Built for the realities of international freight
01 Quotations and bookings
Rates, transit times, and schedules published on this site — including lane tables — are indicative and based on carrier schedules and our recent performance records. Binding rates and timelines are those confirmed in a written quotation or booking confirmation for a specific shipment. Capacity remains subject to carrier schedules, space availability, and regulatory conditions.
02 Scope of services
ANJUN coordinates ocean freight, customs clearance, trucking, warehousing, and delivery, in part through carriers, brokers, and other service providers. Carriage of goods is subject to the applicable contract of carriage, bill of lading, or air waybill, which prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
03 Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate cargo descriptions, values, weights, and classifications; to ensure cargo is lawful, properly packaged, and compliant with import and export regulations; and to hold the licenses and approvals required for your goods. We may decline cargo that is restricted, hazardous, or misdeclared.
04 Liability and claims
Our service commitments — such as 24-hour exception handling, channel fidelity, and compensation timelines — describe our service standards. Liability for loss, damage, or delay is governed by the applicable contract of carriage and mandatory law, and is limited to the extent permitted thereby. Claims should be reported promptly; we commit to a solution proposal within 48 hours and professional assistance with third-party claims.
05 Website content
Text, images, logos, and layout of this site are the property of ANJUN or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Photos of facilities depict ANJUN operations; carrier names and marks appearing on this site identify the services of the respective carriers and do not imply endorsement beyond the contractual relationships described.
06 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration or the courts at ANJUN's domicile, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
07 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking; material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
